Ticket Invoicing
For a better service you can now request online your invoice for the service provided, you just have to enter the data correctly in the form and you will receive the requested invoice immediately by email.
You must have the following details of your ticket at hand:
- ID (Numbering under the 7-digit QR code)
- SIMPLIFIED INVOICE (Letter + 8 digits)
Remember that the date of the invoice corresponds to the day you made it and that before making the trip or service it is not possible to make the invoice, so after performing the activity you can request that you receive the invoice by email. Only B and W series tickets can be invoiced for this service.
Check the data you enter carefully because you will not be able to modify the invoice later.
Visit the SPAM folder if the requested invoice does not arrive at the indicated email address, or contact us on 665 600 040.
