We have different schedules, we start from 12:30 and end with the sunset; in some trips the catamaran stops for about 20 minutes and you can swim; in the sunset trips there is no stop for swimming. Reservations can only be made at the sales counter at Pier One or through the web. You must pay to get a ticket and thus get the reservation. By phone, email or WhatsApp is not possible.
You can pay by card through the website or at the sales counter on pier one, where you can also pay in cash if you wish. The bar service on board is paid directly when purchasing products and you can only pay by credit or debit card, cash purchases are not allowed at the bar.
If you have purchased the ticket online and have not received it, follow these steps in order:
- Verify that you have paid through your bank.
- Look in the Spam or Junk mail folder of your email
- If you get nothing, send an email to info@fly-blue.es and let us know the date and approximate time of purchase, your name and email and what day and time you had the reservation for.
The Fly Blue Dos is a sailing catamaran of 24 meters in length (length) and 11 meters in beam (width) and has a maximum capacity of 130 passengers.
The Fly Blue Quattro is a motor catamaran with an upper deck of 24 meters in length (length) and 10 meters in beam (width) and has a maximum capacity of 150 passengers.

Adults are 14 years of age or older; children are between 3 and 13 years of age; and children under 3 years of age travel free, except for some special excursions.
The ticket only includes the entrance to the boat, it does not include any drinks or food. You can check the bar prices here
We are sorry to hear that, the ship departs on time, it is possible that sometimes it may be delayed a little more than 2-3 minutes, but it does not wait for passengers who have not boarded.
The Fly Blue Dos and Fly Blue Quattro catamarans are very large boats and it is very rare for them to suspend their activity due to waves, wind and/or rain.
Yes, you should keep the ticket, especially if you want to obtain an invoice later (see how to obtain it above) or make a claim.

Sorry, you are not allowed to take food or drinks from other establishments on our boat as a security measure. Our catamarans have bar service
Baby strollers and dogs can embark on all our catamarans, although, for convenience, only the Fly Blue Quattro is better adapted for normal wheelchairs, motorized wheelchairs cannot embark, although you can leave them next to the commercial dock if the user can move a little. They cannot board due to their heavy weight.
