  • Up to 5 days before the day of departure: 50% refund
  • Up to 48 hours before the day of departure: 25% refund
  • Within 48 hours before the day of departure: 0%.
In addition, any cancellation or cancellation of tickets is subject to an administrative handling fee of 12 euros per request.

Modifications or changes by the passenger of tickets issued for a specific date and time is only possible up to 1 hour before departure, in any case have an administrative management fee of 12 euros for each change or modification of tickets issued and are subject to availability of free seats on dates and times in which the change or modification is intended. These changes or modifications may not be made partially, only on the entire ticket.

Procedure to modify or make a change to a ticket

  • At the sales counter of Pier One (In person): the user must pay the amount of 12 euros to proceed with the modification of the ticket or ticket, receiving a new boarding document. In case the customer does not follow this procedure before 1 hour before departure, it will not be possible to cancel, cancel, modify or change the ticket or ticket.
  • Telematically: the user must communicate by email to info@fly-blue.es his request in writing attaching the ticket of a new purchase of any trip for a value of 12 euros and the boarding document (ticket or ticket) that he wants to modify. In case the customer does not follow this procedure within 4 hours of departure, the cancellation, cancellation, modification or the intended change will not be possible.

In the event of no-show on the day and at the time scheduled for departure, the user shall not be entitled to any refund of the amount paid for the Ticket.
